Fedcap is delighted to see the hard work of our people on the UK Government’s Restart Scheme has been rewarded again.

Statistics released in December 2024 from the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) revealed that the scheme is outperforming expectations with Fedcap highlighted as top of the range of job outcomes recorded for the third year running.

Fedcap delivers the Restart Scheme in South Central England, helping people get back into work through enhanced and tailored support. It’s been put in place around the country in response to the coronavirus pandemic.

Brian Bell, Fedcap CEO, said: “For the third year running, we’ve been highlighted as coming out top of the range of job outcomes for the Restart Scheme.

“My thanks go to our hardworking people, partners and employers for their amazing contribution that has led to the continued success of the Restart Scheme.

“We’ve helped thousands of people back into work since 2021 and we’re proud to be delivering the extension to the Restart Scheme, which means we can continue to help many more thousands struggling to enter or return to the workforce in the months and years ahead.”
