Why Choose Us?
We work around the UK to provide people with opportunities that help lift them out of poverty and improve their quality of life. We have a proven track record for partnering with local authorities and businesses to deliver scalable projects that make a genuine difference within communities.
We understand the close relationship between wellbeing and work. That’s why we put health support at the heart of our employability programmes and develop initiatives, such as the Fedcap Clubhouse, aimed at helping the long-term sick move towards meaningful employment.

About Fedcap
Fedcap UK is a not-for-profit organisation with offices around the UK. We deliver employability solutions, health services and community projects in partnership with like-minded organisations and stakeholders. We employ a combination of local frontline professional teams alongside a support network of third parties in order to break down barriers to societal inclusion and financial wellbeing.
Fedcap UK is part of The Fedcap Group, an international not-for-profit organisation comprised of 23 companies with nearly 90 years’ experience. Founded in 1935 by three wounded World War I veterans during the Great Depression, The Fedcap Group has built a reputation for developing ground-breaking programmes to help disadvantaged people of all backgrounds gain economic independence, dignity and become valuable contributors to society.
In the UK, we are continuing this work. We’ve seen first-hand how getting people healthy, building their confidence and giving them the tools to become mentally resilient can dramatically improve their employment prospects. Not only that but we’ve seen how holding down a rewarding job can itself improve wellbeing and quality of life – giving people a sense of structure, purpose and social mobility. That’s why we have our own health and wellbeing teams.
