At Fedcap we are building a fundamentally different kind of organisation. We are a not-for-profit with clear direction and a commitment to excellence, delivering innovative services at scale so that we can improve people’s life choices and help them move out of poverty.

We are part of the Fedcap Group – an organisation founded in the USA back in 1935 to improve the lives of those who are socially disadvantaged. Today, the Fedcap Group serves over 340,000 people worldwide each year, helping to achieve long-term economic wellbeing by focusing on four main areas. These are:
