We believe that good work can be part of a healthy life and we can help you find paid or voluntary work that suits your circumstances and supports and improves your health and wellbeing.

Dedicated support

You’ll have a Supported Employment Specialist, dedicated to support you throughout your journey back to work

Working at your pace

We’ll work at your pace and personalise support for you and your needs

Finding the right work

We’ll help you into the right voluntary or paid job for you that supports and improves your health and wellbeing

In-work support

We’ll keep supporting you in the first weeks and months of your job and work with your employer if any issues arise

The programme is for people who:

  • are looking to get into paid or voluntary work straight away
  • aged 16+
  • have a health condition that is impacting them on looking for or staying in a job
  • are not currently in work and not receiving any benefits that require them to look for work, or simply need more support getting back into the workplace
  • live in Cheshire East

What can you expect on your journey with Fedcap?

Yes, you can still apply and our team will assess eligibility and discuss with you in further detail.

If you successfully find a job when on our Inspiring Futures programme, we will ensure you settle in, and that the right support is in place to help you sustain your new role.
