Our Work and Health Programme – Pioneer service is here to support you into work as soon as possible to help you achieve a better standard of living.

Current customers will continue to receive the full range of employability support they need from Fedcap to move into work. This may include up to 15 months of pre-employment assistance and up to 6 months of in-work support, depending on your circumstances.
