What is the New Directions, journey to work programme?
New Directions is a 12-week voluntary pre-employment support programme designed to help people in East Hampshire on their journey back into work.
Our personalised approach means the service we offer is unique to you. After an initial conversation to discuss your needs, your Specialist Key Worker will create a customised 12-week programme tailored to you. We’ll also provide you with an action plan to help you move closer to achieving your goal of employment.

The New Directions programme is part of the Grow Up! programme to invigorate the rural economy, re-connect people with the countryside and provide employment, education and volunteering opportunities to our residents.
