Our Executives
Brian Bell

Brian counts himself incredibly proud to be Chief Executive of Fedcap. He first started out as a JobCentre adviser in the 1980s and has worked his way up to become a leading innovator and respected figure in the industry.
Brian says,
“I’ve been incredibly fortunate to meet some remarkable people during my 35 years in the sector. Those people inspired me to be the best I can be. And I’m proud to say that the team at Fedcap are doing the same for others each and every day, working with those who find themselves disadvantaged within our communities.”
Lynn Thompson
