Language no barrier for Liudmyla

Liudmyla relocated to the UK as a displaced Ukrainian citizen and was looking to rebuild her life with her children and husband. She was looking for support to go back into work and assistance in improving the quality of her English. ​

Her adviser referred her onto an English language course, which she came into our Basingstoke office every day to complete, due to her not having digital access at that time.​

With her confidence growing, we started looking for roles around her English capabilities. She received assisted from our Employer Solutions Consultant to apply for a back of house role at a local Stonehouse pub/hotel. ​

Liudmyla received interview and CV preparation which helped her impress at her interview. She has officially been onboarded into the role with a 20-hour part-time rota which fits around her children’s schedule. ​
