Employer Engagement
We’ll link individuals with well-researched and suitable local employers who are actively recruiting in the local labour market
Job Matching
We’ll work closely with employers to help with developing and introducing good practice concerning applicants and employees with disabilities
In Work Support & Career Development
Ongoing support will be offered to both the individual and employer as intensively and for as long as necessary to ensure employment is maintained and career development is explored

At Fedcap we deliver a range of employability programmes and services that give people the best chance of getting back into work. We do this by taking the time to get to know jobseekers and understand their own specific needs.
