Since 2019, in the UK more than 120,000 people have benefited from our support and we’ve helped over 50,000 into work.
Fedcap Employment has been operating since 2021 and is a leading national provider of the Department for Work and Pensions’ Restart Scheme. It operates as the Department’s prime provider in South Central England. It also delivers the Restart Scheme in the North West on behalf of G4S.
It was commissioned to develop and implement the Inspiring Futures Supported Employment and Training Service on behalf of Reading Borough Council. It has also delivered the Government’s IPES (Intensive Personalised Employment Support) and Work and Health-Pioneer contracts, as well as supported employment and employability contracts for local authorities.
Fedcap Employment Scotland has delivered Scottish Government’s Fair Start Scotland Employability Service since 2019 through the StartScotland partnership. This has supported 27,000 people across 12 local authority areas including Edinburgh and Aberdeen.

Adopting a person-centred approach, we’ll gather information on the individual’s aspirations, interests and abilities to achieve the best possible match
Employer Engagement
We’ll link individuals with well-researched and suitable local employers who are actively recruiting in the local labour market
Job Matching
We’ll work closely with employers to help with developing and introducing good practice concerning applicants and employees with disabilities
In Work Support & Career Development
Ongoing support will be offered to both the individual and employer as intensively and for as long as necessary to ensure employment is maintained and career development is explored
