Host
The Customer Host will be the first person you meet when you visit our office. They'll help you with any queries you have. They're focused on getting you the support you need to get moving on your journey back towards work, from helping with job searches to guidance on how to use our online tools such as The Fedcap Hub.

Employment Adviser
Employment Advisers are experienced, patient and knowledgeable employability professionals able to provide tailored support. They are on hand to provide the assistance you need to gain confidence and overcome barriers to work – guiding you from first meeting through to your first few months in your new role. The Adviser facilitates job searches and supports you when re-training for a different sector.
