Celebrating the Success of WHP and Pioneer Customers at Fedcap

Since its launch in 2017, Fedcap has been delivering the Work and Health Programme (WHP) on behalf of Seetec. The programme has been supporting individuals with health conditions and disabilities to find suitable, sustainable employment. At Fedcap, we recognise that improving employment outcomes is not a quick fix – there’s no one-size-fits-all solution. That’s why our approach offers a comprehensive suite of employability support, tailored to the needs of each jobseeker and designed to address the unique challenges they face.

Our Employment Advisers play a vital role in this journey. Their dedication, expertise, and encouragement make a real and lasting impact – and the results speak for themselves. Even after completing the programme, customers continue to benefit from the confidence, tools, and resources they’ve gained.
