Reasonable Adjustment
As a recognised Level 3 Disability Confident Leader, Fedcap want you to feel comfortable and supported throughout the recruitment process. That’s why we make reasonable adjustments to ensure those with disabilities and long-term health conditions can perform at their best. Our aim is to reduce or remove any disability-related barriers or disadvantages during the recruitment process to ensure a level playing field. These adjustments can take many forms which may include adjusting the room set-up, changing venues, and allowing extra time during interviews.
We encourage you to discuss any reasonable adjustments that you need during the recruitment process with the recruitment team in your pre-screening call, or by sending them through to recruitment@fedcapemployment.org
Should you be offered a role with Fedcap, we’ll make sure to confirm with you any requirements you may need in the workplace through Access to Work, so that it becomes an environment you can excel.
Access to Work is a publicly funded support programme providing practical and financial support for people who have a disability or long-term physical or mental health condition.
Fedcap employees can access funds for those requiring specialist equipment or adaptations beyond reasonable adjustments.
