We’re delivering the Restart Scheme in South Central, helping people get back into work.
The Restart Scheme helps people get back into work through enhanced and tailored support. It has been put in place around the country in response to the coronavirus pandemic.
If you’ve been referred to us by your Jobcentre Plus Work Coach, you’re in safe hands.
You’ll get lots of support to pick up the skills you need, boost your confidence and find a job that’s right for you.
We are dedicated to understanding your needs, circumstances, goals and aspirations to help you get the right support to move towards a better future.
We’ll provide you with:

We know everyone is different and a one-size-fits-all approach doesn’t work. So, your journey might look different to someone else’s. Our service is fully flexible to meet your needs.
You may go into work within weeks, or it may take longer. Whatever happens, we’re here for you for up to 12 months.
We have a dedicated team of people working closely with employers in your area. We work with employers of all shapes and sizes – from big national chains to small and medium sized enterprises – and in all kinds of sectors. So whatever direction you’re looking to go in, we’re in a good position to help.
And our help doesn’t stop when you find work – we offer an in-work support service to make sure both you and your employer are happy in work.
We’re on hand to answer any questions, help you to overcome any challenges you might face and settle into your new job. And if for any reason your job doesn’t work out, then we’ll do everything we can to help you find a new one.
Whatever your situation, we’re confident of putting the support in place to help secure you long-lasting and fulfilling employment.
