We’re committed to working with Scottish Government and organisations, including Local Authorities and Local Employability Partnerships, to co-design solutions that can work across the sector and deliver excellent services for local people.
Our scalability allows us to pivot quickly and adapt in response to current social needs, including supporting more than 550 Ukrainian citizens to find sustainable employment during their stay in Scotland.
As a not for profit organisation that has already invested £12million in Scotland, we offer national scalability delivered locally to address multiple issues including unemployment, economic inactivity, health inequalities, child poverty, parental employment and community wealth building.
We’re always looking to grow our partner network and collaborate with organisations from the public, private and voluntary sectors to advance the economic wellbeing of disadvantaged people within our communities.
