Our Dunfermline office can be found opposite Marks & Spencer’s on the High Street. Visitors can find us by turning down the hill from Shoe Zone onto the New Row, with the front entrance located after Remax Estate Agents. We are based on the first floor, with access via lift or stairs.

Morag
Performance Manager
The Performance Manager leads operations in our offices around the country, supporting our employment advisers and ensuring that you receive the highest quality of support. Performance managers are responsible for motivating our teams, driving standards and helping to deliver on Fedcap’s mission to improve people’s economic wellbeing. Performance Managers are experienced employability professionals and are on hand should you have any issues you wish to discuss.

Office Co-ordinator
The Office Co-ordinator will be the friendly face you meet when you visit our office. They'll help you with any queries you have and make you a drink when you arrive. They're focused on getting you the support you need to get moving on your journey back towards work, from helping with job searches to guidance on how to use our online tools such as The Fedcap Hub.

Connor
Tutor
Tutors are responsible for delivering interesting, engaging and informative training. If you need assistance with things like CV writing or interview preparation, you’ll spend time with our helpful and experienced Employment Facilitators through an in-person or virtual skills session.

Employer Solutions Consultant
Employer Solutions Consultants work to secure sustainable job outcomes for participants by identifying and developing relationships with local employers. Consultants help to ensure that when you are ready to find work, there’s a wide variety of businesses ready to offer you a new opportunity.

We have an experienced team of employability and health and wellbeing experts to provide all the support and assistance you need to get closer to the jobs market.
