Performance managers are responsible for motivating our teams, driving standards and helping to deliver on Fedcap’s mission to improve people’s economic wellbeing. Performance Managers are experienced employability professionals and are on hand should you have any issues you wish to discuss.

The Engagement Consultant will be your first point of contact if you're interested in joining the Fair Start Scotland service. They'll have an initial meeting with you to find out your needs and to see if you're eligible to join the service. They'll be with you every step of the way as you start your journey back towards work with us.

Tailored support to improve your CV, gain interview experience and take part in confidence-boosting workshops

Health support
Access support to help you work through any mental or physical issues that may be holding you back.

Self-employment support
