What to expect from our programme

We provide tailored one-to-one support to help people manage health conditions and improve their wellbeing to allow them to progress into work.

Our support includes:

One-to-one online sessions

Up to six one-to-one online sessions with a dedicated health and wellbeing professional, who'll support you to manage health conditions and improve wellbeing

Small group workshops

Access to small group workshops on topics including Confidence Building, Anxiety Management, Sleep and Routine Management and Healthy Eating

Finding the right role for you

We’ll help you understand what work you’re capable of doing and what adjustments you might need to succeed in the workplace

Help accessing other health services

We can link you to other health services including GPs and NHS Talking Therapies

The programme is designed for people who are:

  • living in Dumfries and Galloway
  • not currently in work
  • accessing employability services with Dumfries and Galloway Council (via their Key Worker)
  • want to work but are struggling to manage their health and not sure what work they’re capable of doing or workplace adjustments they may need

Fedcap Delivers our Health and Wellbeing service on behalf of Dumfires and Galloway council, funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
