We believe that good work can be part of a healthy life and we can help you find paid or voluntary work that suits your circumstances and supports and improves your health and wellbeing.
Dedicated support
You’ll have a Supported Employment Specialist, dedicated to support you throughout your journey back to work
Working at your pace
We’ll work at your pace and personalise support for you and your needs
Finding the right job
We’ll help you into the right job for you that supports and improves your health and wellbeing
In-work support
We’ll keep supporting you in the first weeks and months of your job and work with your employer if any issues arise
The programme is for people who:
- are looking to get into paid or voluntary work straight away
- are aged 16+ and living in Cheshire East
- have health barriers that mean they need more support in getting back into work
- are not currently in work and not receiving any benefits that require them to look for work
